One of my students have pneumonia. It has a role in the school play next Wednesday. When his sister went to get a job today and said she was in hospital. He said his sister tried again for the game, but I wonder if he will return to school on Monday, or whether we are preparing for another student, for his participation in the work. As long as children with pneumonia, generally outside of school?

Probably other students to follow in playing their role. My friend had disappeared for three days in hospital and then stayed home for a week and half and still feel too lousy for another two over the coughing and such. Here's a good link can be observed.
Have you discussed with the parents of the child? This is the best what to do, to know what it's really bad. Pneumonia may take some time to recover the role of gravity.
It took me 6 months time to recover completely, and I was in school for almost the whole time.
